well, i am officially in Chicago and checked into my hotel. i'm not here very long this year, but next year is a different store.
flight - the usual
chicago train system - cheap and easy
pf changs next to my hotel - perfect
my hotel room - just what i need for a few days, though realistically, best for many days. in fact, weeks on end. hence, next year.
as for downtown Chicago on Grand Avenue...i'll let you know after tonight. i've some liquid libation and some food which has revived and rejuvenated my being. the night has just begun!
