- 12oz Stoudts American Pale Ale
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 5 cloves of freshly minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
